I wanted to take a moment and wish everyone the Merriest Christmas.
Thank you for a wonderful year, and making Fashion Copious one of the best fashion blogs out there.

While we're beginning to suffer enjoy the snow and cold temperature here in NYC Russh Australia is reminding us of spring.
Following the lovely cover, Russh Australia brings us a Wild editorial with double-cover models Alyona Osmanova (L) & Behati Prinsloo (R).
When I usually look at models I like to see plain facial shot of them, in minimum makeup and styling. There is nothing that measures to that plain beauty, where innocence lies. So I appreciate these shots quite a lot.

LVMH has decided to replace current lady French model Audrey Marnay, with world renowned model Kate Moss as the face of their jewlery brand Fred.
I say world renowned because as the brands spokesman was quoted saying:
“We needed a more international icon that would resonate across all our markets, in particular Asia,”.
But Looks Like A Yurman Ad!
I cant argue that statment of a more recognized face, that Moss is; But doesnt that ad look like the David Yurman ads, with Moss, that have been around for quite a while now?
Anyway, who am I!
The new ads will spring everywhere in April, and Moss will be featured along side rising French actor Melvil Poupaud (left). [wwd]

We loved the Cover and we love these shots even more. Siri Tollerød for Muse #16 as shot by Hans Feurer.
The wet hair, the byte of the lip, and the gold dust are beautiful touches.
Keep an eye out on ebay for any listings claiming articles were worn by model Erin Wasson. Most likely they're the ones stolen from her apartment recently.
NYP reports just that, that the model-designer-muse's home was recently robbed.
It is the 3rd burglary, following Paris Hilton and a certain prominent publicist!
"Erin Wasson was at home when thieves stole tens of thousands of dollars of jewelry and designer clothing, including pieces by Alexander McQueen, Ann Demeulemeester, Dior, Givenchy and William Rast. "
Wasson's rep said, "Luckily, no one was harmed."
Jason Wu is busy working on a new Capsule collection titled The Exclusive, as he sets to expand his empire whose subjects include soon to be First Lady Michelle Obama.
"composed of eight pieces: three dresses, two jackets, a knitted cardigan, a knitted T-shirt and a skirt. It will be made available in more than 15 colors and fabrics that stores can secure as their exclusive" reports WWD.
The Line will wholesale from $390 - $780, with deliveries targeted for June.
Wu also is launching a fur line for his Fall 09 collection in collaboration with Saga Furs.
“I think people want special things,” Wu said. “My clients are also not stationary. They travel, and shop everywhere. If they go to Los Angeles or Chicago, for instance, it’s nice for them to see different things. It’s also a better way to work with our retailers. In this economic climate, it’s important to zero in on what our clients want.”
My first reaction is that it's quiet amazing! Love to see a better scan and the rest of the campaign. But this could already be one of the best S/S 09 ad campaign for the season.
See more S/S 09 campaigns here.
The Facts:
"47 percent of online consumers now read blogs....
Half of blog readers said blogs were useful when they were considering
what purchases to make, and more than half of that group said they
looked at a blog just when they were about to buy something.

I recently discovered and spoke to Sweedish stylist Carolina Engman, whose style kills by the way, and asked her about her Rodarte cardigan! It turned out it's not a Rodarte at all, but a knitted mohair cardigan her mom made her! How crazy right? I mean Rodarte outdone big time.
But I know you already want to know more about her so luck has it she runs her own blog. It's called the Fashion Squad and I promise you'll love it. But first here is a little more about her:
Quick Q&A:
Where are you from: Stockholm, Sweden.
How old: 21
What is your style: Simple yet chic, with a little bit of rock going on.
What do you do: I work as a freelance stylist.
Favorite Magazine: Vogue Paris.
Favorite designer: Christophe Decarnin.
And since you mentioned your mom :) is she a designer?
No, but I think she should be! Maybe we'll start our own brand one day ;)

What a busy bee. The 19 year old Peaches Geldof (love the name) is rumored to be design a line of clothing line for Topshop. Taking on Kate Moss is of course being having fun with by bloggers, but Not necessarily. Well maybe in a way. Peaches line is suppose to be of higher end yet still within Topshop affordability.
PPQ on the other hand is talking once more to the youngy about doing a more affordable line for them, and having it be more accessible. This after their recent success with her higher end line that is being sold now at Selfridge. [Source: Dailymail]
Of course we're still waiting for her Magazine: Disappear Here!
The 3rd and 4th titles of the four series Agent Provocateur ad campaign, started in September, have been announced!
Following Season of the Witch, and Pirate Provocateur we'll next see Pan and the Vestry of Virgins [in January 09], followed by Picnic Debauch [in late spring].
“...with Pan we were looking at various ideas. Pan is a very pagan motif and it’s all about rites of spring, and it fitted very well with our spring collection. There’s a certain wildness about it, like Pirates. But it’s light, angelic and mythical with a certain softness and conveys the pleasures of the pagan ritual.. " Tells Joe Corre, founder of the brand, to WWD.
Posters of each campaign included riddles on the back and if you're to solve all 4 riddles you'll receive a "really great prize" says Corre.
Now, Go hunting! And as soon as the new campaign is out Pan will bring fly it your way.
