Alice Temperley Runway Show Canceled

Oh the list is growing bigger. From the US to the UK! Alice Temperley has canceled her F/W 09 runway show. Economic and Environmental challenges are given as a cause according to Alice’s husband and the company's CEO, Lars.

But, Instead of the runway the designer will "stage a series of installations in New York, London and Paris in collaboration with MILK Studios and Starworks. They’ll be half digital, half live and distributed to the media and customers just as soon as editors and buyers get a peek. The concept debuts February 18th during New York Fashion Week." reports Fashionista.

So; so far we have Alice T, Vera Wang, Betsey Johnson and Carmen Marc Valvo canceling their shows. Who's  next? I have a feeling more are on the way...
