There are days when coincidences come my way. Today was one such day.
I picked up my copy of Self Service magazine, and while flipping through it's pages I came across the above picture of Freja Beha Erichsen. Wow right? I mean talk about dangerous beauty? If that's danger then by all means, bring it my way. She's smoking that gun tattoo, with her bleached hair, and pierced nipple. But I digress.
So with going back to coincidences, I point to the red jeans, Freja's wearing. They're by Maison Martin Margiela, and sure look fab. (Colored jeans are nothing new, but I feel them in the air these days.) Then, while reading WWD daily I came across a jeans brand called Kentucky Denim. They started off a couple of years ago with a Men's line, and are now introducing a women's line. And what was one of their samples to showcase? A vintaged-look red pair of jeans.
I hear you on the colored jeans. They are hot and she is dangerous hot. I couldn't pull that look off.
